On the chart you can see where I changed down a gear to maintain a higher cadence but the power drop was quite large as a result. I should have maybe started off more easy and then finished with a peak or tried to maintain a more flat profile.
Training has been progressive but a bit random in a way with a reasonable build in daily TTS, although factoring in the on-off health perception so far so good. Alt least I have not porgressed back to A&E.
Comparing last year to this I think I'm on track to be ready in another 4 weeks to race, providing the XRay does not come back with anything and my sweat sessions have worked. In theory I should be able to get some points in a CAT4 race relatively easy (in theory).
