First off I managed to squash the muscles in the ball of my foot by riding my commuter bike with soft soled shoes on, which made walking a bit painful. This session added to that a little as I realised where the other part of my performance has dissapeared over the last few months, peak power.
The gentle warm up felt ok, not really feeling up to a long session (sleep calling) so started off slow and then had a try out with a sprint. Ouch.... felt lousy, so next time put a bit more into it, then again, again and then the last one was pulling the trainer across the floor. Each one was stopped to prevent my HR from going above 170bpm, although not too soon. The wattages are iMagic watts (take the Magic element as probably where they come from, as in reality I may be able to light a 60W bulb and that's it).
Peak 10 second theory (with rest beforehand) wattages were 782, 799, 806, 863.
Due to the lack of a weight machine I will probably fit in one fo these short sessions in per week as I should be able to do this late on Wednesday night's every week or other week, depending on how I feel tomorrow.
