Over the weekend I managed to get out for an hour on the road (stats to follow later) which was quite good, although I wanted it to be longer but knew it was not going to happen this time or it would bite back.
Today's session was fine for the first 15min and then I was joined by my 4 year old, who promptly asked 400 questions in rapid fire leading to 395 interruptions and 5 stops. So, a short ride.
