Happy to go nowhere fast, for now

Reached a point now where I feel I'm close to treading water, unable to do much more without causing my throat to feel worse again. Probably not treading water, but do feel that I should be increaseing the base time up more than I am at the moment, then again that is probably how I ended up with a 2 month virus.

This session was spent reading the news on the net, while forgetting to drink and a single protein bar at the 70min stage as it was seemingly getting more difficult to read the news !

Earlier in the day I had a short session out on the station commute bike (£50 special) down to the park with my son (4) on his bike, which does not have any pedals. He has his balance really well now so I rode alongside him and pushed at a very slow pace, although going uphill on wet muddy grass was the limit of traction. Will have to see about getting him a bike with pedals now.

Session duration : 80min
Average power : 202W
Average HR : 122bpm
Reference power : 130bpm=231W
Cadence avg : 89rpm
kCal : 926 (polar 930 + a few minutes - forgot to start it !)

The reference power is a time slice around 70%-90% through the session and approximately a 5 min average.
